Pumpkin Ricotta Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  2. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon honey
  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  7. Garnish:
  8. Honey
  9. Dried Rosemary
Directions:

In a medium bowl stir together ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Spoon into a serving dish. Garnish with a drizzle of honey and sprinkle with rosemary.

Serve with crackers or spread on toasted bread.

Note:
Dip can be made ahead and placed in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, garnish with honey and rosemary.
