Ranch Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing mix
  2. 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs, cut in half lengthwise
  4. 8 metal or wood skewers (soak wooden skewers in water before using)
Directions:

Combine dressing mix and vegetable oil.

Marinate chicken in mixture for 15 minutes.

Thread chicken onto 8 skewers.

Brush with remaining marinade.

Grill approximately 10 minutes, turning once.
