Chili Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  1. 2 10 to 12 -inch prepared flour tortillas
  2. 1 can (15-oz.) Hormel Chili (with beans or no beans )
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 2 teaspoons green chilies, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  7. 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  8. Red onion rings
Directions:

Bake tortillas in 350 F. oven 2 minutes per side. Heat Hormel Chili, adding onion, garlic powder, chilies. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over tortillas, then spread thinly on chili mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top, heat 8 minutes in 350 F. oven. Garnish with red onion rings.
