Swiss Cheese and Grape Salsa

A cool, refreshing spread for crackers, that's perfect for anytime snacking.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  2. 2 cups diced green seedless grapes
  3. 2 cups (8 oz.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
  4. 2 Tablespoons minced fresh tarragon or basil
  5. 3 Tablespoons prepared honey mustard salad dressing
Directions:

Toast pecans in small skillet over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes; set aside.

Combine grapes, cheese and tarragon; mix in honey mustard dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Stir in pecans just before serving. Serve with whole grain crackers.
