Corn Pudding

Sweet kernels of corn baked in a buttery milk sauce transform into a fabulous pudding that will complement most any meal!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen corn, slightly thawed
  2. 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  3. 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  4. 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9x9- inch baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, until firm. Serve hot.
