Blueberry Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup soy milk, vanilla or plain
  2. 1 cup blueberry or vanilla yogurt
  3. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  4. 2 teaspoons honey
Directions:

Blend soy milk, yogurt, blueberries and honey in blender carafe until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best flavor.
