Green Bean and Onion Saute

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
  2. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  3. 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) cut green beans, drained
  4. 1 small tomato, cut into thin wedges
  5. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano OR 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
Directions:

Cook and stir onion in hot oil in medium saucepan over medium high heat for 4 minutes or until tender.

Add beans, tomato and oregano. Heat through. Transfer to a serving dish.
