Berry Sorbet Smoothie

Loaded with 300 mg of calcium!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup skim milk
  2. 1/3 cup blueberries
  3. 1/3 cup raspberries
  4. 1/3 cup blackberries
  5. 2 scoops low fat fruit sorbet: mango, pineapple or berry
  6. 2 teaspoons honey
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired
Directions:

Place berries, sorbet, milk and honey in a blender container; cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and add fresh raspberries if desired.
