The raspberry mimosa is a bubbly refreshing modification of a timeless classic. For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling cider so all ages can join the toast!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bottle raspberry juice
  2. 1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling cider
  3. 1 pint fresh raspberries
  4. mint leaves
Directions:

Add one half ounce raspberry juice to each champagne flute. Fill to the top with chilled sparkling cider or champagne.

Thread two raspberries and a mint leaf onto a toothpick and lay across the top of each glass for garnish.
