Ham and Asparagus Wraps

Ingredients:

  1. 4 large flour tortillas
  2. 4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
  4. 1 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
  5. 4 to 8 asparagus spears (depending on the size)
Directions:

Spread tortillas with mustard and sun dried tomatoes.

Layer ham and asparagus spears down the center of the tortilla. Roll up tortilla tightly and place seam side down on plate.

Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Slice each roll diagonally into thirds before serving.
