Apple Fennel Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 2 green apples
  2. 2 bulbs fresh fennel, sliced thin
  3. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. Pepper, to taste
Directions:

Julienne slice the apple and fennel. Combine with mayonnaise to create coleslaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
