Asian Ribeye With Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cup Asian dressing
  2. 2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
  3. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  4. 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
  5. 4 ribeye steaks
  6. 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cut into thick slices
Directions:

Combine dressing, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; mix well.

In a shallow baking dish, pour 1/2 cup of marinade over steaks, turning steaks to coat. Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.

Grill steaks and pineapple, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade, until steaks are cooked as desired.
