Salmon Crostini

Ingredients:

  1. 18 slices pumpernickel cocktail bread
  2. 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  3. 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  5. 18 slices salmon lox
  6. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  7. fresh dill weed, chopped
Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place bread slices on cookie sheet. Bake 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Tip with onion, capers, lox and bell peppers. Sprinkle with dill weed.
