Turkey Meatballs

Yield:
8 meatballs

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tablespoons butter
  2. 1 small onion, minced
  3. 1 medium celery stalk, minced
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1/2 pound ground turkey
  6. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  8. 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  11. 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Directions:

Heat butter in skillet. Saute onion, celery and garlic until golden brown.

Place turkey in a bowl. Add onion mixture, seasoned salt, cheese, thyme, egg and curry powder. Mix together well. Shape into 1- inch balls.

Wipe out skillet. Add oil and heat over medium heat. Add meatballs and saute until well browned.
