Cheesy Ham Roll Up

Atkins Diet Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  2. 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  3. 6 slices cooked ham
  4. 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  5. 6 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
Directions:

Mix mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture on slice of ham, top with tomato slices. Roll up; place ham roll on a thin slice of Swiss cheese and roll again. Fasten with toothpick.
