Cobb Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  2. 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas or wraps
  3. 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
  4. 4 slices bacon, cooked and drained
  5. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  6. 8 ounces cooked chicken, chopped
  7. 2 plum tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
  8. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:

Spread salad dressing evenly over tortillas.

Top with lettuce, bacon and green onions.

Add the chopped chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese; roll up tortillas.

Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for up to 4 hours to blend flavors. Cut in half and serve.
