Texas Favorite Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds baby back ribs, cut into 6- inch sections
  2. 1 cup molasses
  3. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  4. 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
  5. 2 Tablespoons dry mustard
Directions:

Prepare barbecue grill.

In a medium bowl, combine molasses, vinegar and mustards. Place ribs on grill, meaty side up, over medium high heat. Cook for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Baste with sauce during last 20 minutes of cooking time.
