Curried Turkey Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound ground turkey
  2. 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  3. 2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 Tablespoon honey
  5. 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  9. 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  10. 4 toasted hamburger buns
Directions:

Combine the turkey, shredded cheese, onion, honey, curry, cinnamon, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties.

Grill over medium heat about 5 minutes on each side or until completely done. Top with cheese slices and serve on toasted buns.
