Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 fresh pineapple, trimmed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  2. 3 nectarines, cut into 1-inch chunks
  3. 3 pears, cut into 1-inch chunks
  4. 3 peaches, cut into 1-inch chunks
  5. 4 plums, cut into 1-inch chunks
  6. 10 apricots, halved
  7. 1/2 cup honey
  8. You'll also need:
  9. 5 metal or wooden skewers
Directions:

Thread fruit alternately onto metal or soaked bamboo skewers.

Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat until fruit is heated through, about 6 minutes turning often.

Brush with honey during the last minute of grilling time.
