Sausage Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

  1. 1 container (10 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  2. 1 package (8 ounce) brown and serve sausage links, sliced into quarters
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  5. 3 Tablespoons green onions, chopped
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Roll out each biscuit into a 5- inch circle; place each in an ungreased muffin cup.

Brown cut sausage in a skillet; drain. Divide sausages among muffin cups.

In a small bowl, combine eggs, cheese and onions; spoon 1 tbsp into each cup. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
