Balsamic Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Dressing:
  2. 1/3 cup olive oil
  3. 1/4 cup honey mustard
  4. 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoon onions, minced
  6. 2 Tablespoons water
  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  8. Salad:
  9. 8 cups mixed salad greens
  10. 10 ounces fully cooked deli turkey breast, cubed
  11. 4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
  12. 1 cup croutons
Directions:

Dressing:

Whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar, onions, water and salt. Set aside.

Salad:

Arrange salad greens, chicken, cheese and croutons on serving plates. Serve with dressing.
