Simply Delicious Chesapeake Crab Cakes

Yield:
6 crab cakes

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  2. 1 teaspoon mustard
  3. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  5. 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  6. 2 slices bread, torn into small pieces without crust
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  9. cocktail sauce
Directions:

In a medium bowl combine salad dressing, mustard, baking powder, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, torn bread and egg. Mix together; fold in crab meat until combined and shape into six cakes.

Fry over medium heat until browned. Place on paper towels to remove excess grease. Serve with cocktail sauce.
