Old Fashioned Fizz

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  2. 1/2 cup crushed ice
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. 1-1/2 ounces heavy cream
  5. 1-1/2 ounces gin
  6. 1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
Directions:

In shaker combine lemon, (juiced), ice, egg whites, heavy cream, gin and sugar; shake well. Strain into 8 ounce fizz glass.
