Barbeque Bean Cups

Yield:
6-10 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (16 oz.) barbecue baked beans
  2. 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  3. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place one biscuit into each of 10 ungreased muffin cups. Spoon one tablespoon of beans into each biscuit cup. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden. Sprinkle each bean cup with cheese. Return to oven and heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Let cool slightly. Loosen edges of biscuits before removing from pan.
