Pineapple Jarlsberg Mini Kabobs

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup ketchup
  2. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  3. cocktail picks
  4. 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
  5. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) jarlsberg cheese, cut into cubes
Directions:

Mix ketchup and chili powder. Spear the pineapple chunks onto picks. Arrange around edge of microwave safe plate. Cover loosely and cook for 1-2 minutes or until hot.

Spear a cheese cube on the end of each pick and serve warm or at room temperature.
