Preheat grill. In a small bowl, combine butter, dill, lemon peel and lemon juice; blend well. When grill is heated, carefully oil rack. Place fillets, skin side up, on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 3 minutes. Turn and cook an additional 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon dill butter mixture.
