Slow Cooker Kielbasa Supper

Ingredients:

  1. 8 cups cabbage, coarsely shredded
  2. 3 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2- inch cubes
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth
  7. 2 pounds fully cooked kielbasa, cut into serving pieces
Directions:

In a 5- quart slow cooker, combine cabbage, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper; pour broth over all. Place sausage on top.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through.
