Greek Burgers

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds ground lamb
  2. 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  3. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 1 Tablespoon onion, minced
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  9. 4 hamburger buns or hard rolls, split
  10. Cucumber slices
  11. Tomato slices
  12. Ranch salad dressing
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine lamb, mustard, juice, onion, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into four patties.

Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with cucumbers, tomatoes and ranch dressing.
