Hot Artichoke Dip

Yield:
2-1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  3. 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate or
quiche dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned.

Serve with baked pita bread wedges or vegetable dippers.
