San Antonio Barbecue Chicken

4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  2. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  3. 1 envelope taco seasoning
  4. 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine juice, barbecue sauce and taco seasoning; mix well. Arrange chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag or cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Grill, bake or broil chicken as desired until fully cooked.
