Napa Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups Napa cabbage, finely shredded
  2. 1 cup bok choy, finely shredded
  3. 2-3 tablespoons red sweet pepper, cut into very thin strips
  4. 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar or white vinegar
  5. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, bok choy, and red sweet pepper strips.

In a small mixing bowl, stir together seasoned rice vinegar or white vinegar and sesame oil. Toss with the cabbage mixture.
