Creamy Coleslaw

Yield:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  3. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  7. 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  8. 1 cup carrots, finely shredded
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt; stir together.

Add green cabbage, red cabbage and carrot; toss gently to coat.

Cover and chill before serving.
