Country Brats

Ingredients:

  1. 6 fully cooked bratwurst
  2. 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
  3. 3 Tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  4. 6 bratwurst buns
  5. 3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Directions:

Heat beer and bratwurst to boiling in 2-quart saucepan; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until heated through; drain.

Place brats on buns and garnish with relish and mustard.
