Tuna, Tomato And Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pound tuna steaks
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  4. 3 large Roma tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
  5. 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
  6. 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  7. 2 Tablespoons fresh basil leaves
Directions:

Drizzle both sides of tuna steaks with oil; rub with garlic.

Place tomato slices and cheese on large serving plate. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with basil; set aside.

Cover and grill tuna for 8-10 minutes or until tuna flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Cut tuna into slices; place on top of tomatoes and cheese.
