Ham and Egg Salad Sandwich

Yield:
4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup (3.5 ounce) fully cooked ham, chopped
  2. 1/2 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  3. 1/2 cup celery, chopped (1 stalk)
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1 Tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  6. 3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  7. 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  8. 8 slices whole grain bread
  9. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  10. 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:

In a medium bowl combine ham, broccoli, celery, eggs, mayonnaise, chives, marjoram, pepper and salt. Mix well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or more to blend flavors. Serve on whole grain bread.
