Chilled Nectarine Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 8 fresh nectarines, cut up
  2. 1 cup apple juice
  3. 1 cup cran raspberry juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:

Combine nectarines with juice, salt and vinegar. Place in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill before serving.
