Sweet and Tangy Pork Chops For Two

Ingredients:

  1. 2 loin pork chops
  2. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  3. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  5. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  6. 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Combine the remaining ingredients; add to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until pork juices run clear.

Spoon sauce over pork chops.
