Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans

Ingredients:

  1. 12 cups fresh torn spinach leaves
  2. 2 cans (6 oz.) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
  3. 1 medium red onion, sliced into rings
  4. 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  5. 1/2 cup pecans, candied
  6. creamy salad dressing of choice
Directions:

For each serving, place 3 cups spinach on plate. Top with tuna and 1/4 cup each onions and blue cheese. Sprinkle each salad with 2 tablespoons candied pecans. Serve with dressing.
