Baja Taco Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups tortilla chips, slightly crushed
  2. 1 package (8 oz.) iceberg lettuce, shredded
  3. 1 can (11 oz.) Mexicorn, drained
  4. 1/2 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
  5. prepared salsa
  6. 1 package (3 oz.) shrimp
  7. 2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
Directions:

Divide tortilla chips onto 2 plates. Top with layers of lettuce, corn and cheese. Spoon salsa over salads. Top with shrimp and green onions.
