Salmon Dijon Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  3. 1 cup celery, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  5. 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  6. 1 package (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  7. 2 cans (6 oz. each) salmon, drained
  8. garlic salt to taste
  9. pepper to taste
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix yogurt and mustard until well blended. Add celery, peppers, onion and pasta; blend well. Gently fold in salmon. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Serve at once.
