Easy Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  2. 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  3. 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  4. 1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  5. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  7. 2 pounds imitation crabmeat, chopped
  8. 1 teaspoon freshly chopped chives
  9. Serve with:
  10. crackers
  11. celery sticks
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, combine onion, chopped celery, cream cheese, salad dressing, mayonnaise and pepper. Mix together until ingredients are blended and fold in crab meat.

Transfer mixture to a casserole or baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped chives over the top.

Serve hot with crackers and celery sticks.
