Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 lbs. mixed vegetables, whole mushrooms and onions
  2. 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  4. 1 teaspoon oregano
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In bottom of broiler pan, without rack, combine all ingredients; toss to coat vegetables. Roast 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
