Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 3-1/2 lb. broiling chicken
  2. 1/2 stick butter, melted
  3. 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  4. 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:

Place chicken, breast side up, in shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients; brush generously over chicken. Roast chicken, uncovered, in 375 degree oven, for 1- 1/2 hours, brushing often with butter and tarragon mixture. Chicken is done with internal
juices run clear.
