Frozen Banana Pineapple Cups

9-12 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups water
  2. 2-2/3 cups mashed, ripe bananas (5-6 medium)
  3. 1-1/2 cups sugar
  4. 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  5. 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Directions:

In a 2 quart freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and freeze for 5 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
