Italian Beef Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. ground beef
  2. 1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
  3. 1 pkg. frozen pasta with broccoli, corn and carrots in garlic sauce
  4. 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
  5. 1-1/2 cups tomato juice
  6. 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  7. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:

In a large Dutch oven, cook ground beef until brown. Stir in beef broth, pasta with vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning.

Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
