Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken, cooked and cubed
  2. 1/2 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing
  3. 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
  4. 1/2 cup thin red onion slices, cut in half
  5. 2 medium tomatoes, each cut into 12 wedges
  6. 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
Directions:

Place chicken in a medium glass bowl. Pour dressing over chicken; toss to coat. Set aside.

Divide lettuce among four salad plates. Top with equal amounts of chicken, onion and tomato.

Sprinkle with cheese and croutons.
