Cheesy Pecan Roll

Yield:
8-10 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 teaspoons steak sauce
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 3/4 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and finely chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons minced celery
  7. 1 tablespoon minced onion
  8. 1/2 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
  9. assorted crackers
Directions:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, steak sauce, salt and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in the chicken, celery and onion. Shape into a 9 inch long log. Roll in pecans.

Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
