Bayou Bites

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  2. 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  3. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  4. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  5. 48 assorted crackers
  6. 2 pkgs. (6 oz. each) deli-style smoked turkey, cut in half
Directions:

Mix cheese, bacon bits, Mayo and mustard.

Top crackers with folded turkey slices and cheese mixture; place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 F. for 5 min.
