Grilled Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  1. 4 teaspoons cream cheese, softened
  2. 4 slices whole wheat bread
  3. 2 slices Swiss cheese
  4. 4 slices deli turkey breast
  5. 6 fresh spinach leaves
  6. 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Directions:

Spread the cream cheese on two slices of bread. Layer cheese, turkey and spinach over cream cheese; top with remaining bread.

Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwiches. Cook on both sides in hot skillet until the bread is browned and cheese is melted
