One Pan Potatoes and Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 8 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
  3. 1 lb. boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
  4. 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions:

Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, chicken and bell pepper to skillet. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center and potatoes are tender.
